Program overview

Courses

20 total courses (58 credit hours). The curriculum is focused on real-world uses of business principles. Team and leadership - based learning and problem-solving are emphasized; small class sizes allow more interaction and participation. Spend your last month in Iowa, while preparing for graduation and completed an integrative strategy course at the University of Iowa.

Duration

The program is designed to be completed in 11 months (Full-Time) or two years (Part-Time) while maintaining your full-time employment.

Format

For full-time students, classes are in session throughout the week and on weekends. You will also participate in the leadership development program through additional seminars, coaching, and trainings. For part-time students, classes are held on the weekends. Most courses for our MBA programs meet for four full days.

Delivery

All classes are taught in English. You’ll need to show evidence of your ability to communicate well in English to be admitted. You’ll also complete an interview as part of the admissions process.

Admission

A bachelor's degree is required. We look at academic record (a GMAT or GRE score is required for admission along with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 grade scale), work experience (at least two years is expected), and leadership potential.
